What the form collects
The form asks for the property's street address, city, state and ZIP code; how many months behind you are; whether you've gotten a foreclosure notice, and the sale date if one is set; whether you live there; a rough loan balance and a rough value, if you choose to give them; your name, email address and phone number; and anything else you want to write.
The form also records the page you sent it from.
Where it's stored and how it's used
Submissions are stored by this site's form host. I use what you send to answer you when you write to me.
Nothing is ever texted from this website.
How to be removed
To be removed, send a request through the form. I'll remove you and stop contacting you.
